Allgood began Clements Crossing with the installation of the Water, Sanitary, and Drainage utilities. When we broke ground, we ran into an elevated water table that was not planned for. By use of well pointing, we efficiently lowered the table in order to place the utilities. These utilities included 3,500 Feet of Waterline, 3,600 Feet of Sanitary Line, and 1,700 Feet of Storm Sewer. Following utility completion, we completed over 11,000 Square Yards of pavement, which included 18,000 Cubic Yards of roadway and lot excavation to be hauled offsite.
